East Gippsland Police investigated my report of a workplace bullying and harassment incident, 600km away from my home and carried out by my estranged husband and my then intimate partner, also an employee. Bairnsdale Police interviewed the instigator, the offender, an employee and an associate of the offender and his estranged wife. The offender is the respondent, on the Stawell Police applied Family Violence Intervention Order K12030938, and
he was charged him with Make Threats To Kill. It wasn’t until I read what police wrote about me in my Police LEAP Report (given to the perpetrators’ lawyers) that I found police acted on statements made by the two offenders. Riddled through statements and applications are the assertions that I suffer severe mental illness, which fully justifies (in their eyes) locking me out of my workplace and accommodation, taking over my company and assets, leaving me abandoned in a pandemic. Interacting with police substantially increases the risk of physical harm and has taking an ongoing toll on my mental health. “On the basis of assessing Ms Marriott and her current mental health symptoms, which were focused almost entirely on negative

ruminative thinking and feelings of persecution, I concluded she was a significantly traumatised person, and accordingly I diagnosed her with Complex PTSD”. In my opinion she did not present as having an Antisocial Personality Disorder, a Narcissistic Personality Disorder, a Paranoid Personality Disorder, or a Borderline Personality Disorder. At times she did speak in quite a paranoid manner in relation to her belief that she has been betrayed and deceived by her ex-husband and Mr _______and more recently by members of the police force and the criminal justice system.” It appears from the nine briefs that police do not investigate, but simply arrest and charge based on whatever someone tells them. In the five ensuing years, police have aided and abetted fraud and family violence. I cannot imagine what it has cost the police in time and resources just because they take statements made by a DARVO perpetrator acting as a proxy for the conspirators who have stolen my company, my dog, and my assets. Of course, they seek to silence me, to hide their crimes. What I didn't expect was that police could be so
incompetent...but then it does seem the constables run the show, using the written word to accuse and then prosecute.
Police have made it a criminal offence for me to be me. DOCUMENTED.
