Dear Ms Marriott, We refer to the above matter and confirm that we act for Smart Buoy Co Pty Ltd.

On 26 November 2020 the Magistrates Court granted a full no contact Final Personal Safety Intervention Order against you protecting the director of our client. We note that you are not to contact our client directly. We are instructed as follows: 1. On 24 September 2019 you were ordered by the Magistrate’s Court of Victoria to remove the shipping container and the chattels contained within from our client’s premises at 21 Bosworth Road, Bairnsdale within three months of said order being made, being 24 December 2019. 2. We note that the shipping container is owned by our client however we confirm that the shipping container does contain chattels which are your personal property (“the chattels”) . 3. To date you have failed to remove the chattels. 4. Our client has incurred losses associated with storing the chattels totalling the sum of $5,850. Demand 5. Our client demands that you make arrangements with our office to collect the chattels and pay the sum of $5,850 as compensation for our client’s losses associated with storing the chattels. In the event that you have not collected the chattels on or before 28 days of the date of this letter , our client will dispose of the chattels without further notice. 6. We are instructed to offer you the option of purchasing the shipping container from our client for the sum of $4,290 (inclusive of GST) in addition to the monies demanded in above paragraph 5.

7. Our client otherwise reserves its rights.

The AFM may attend 21 Bosworth Road Bairnsdale in the company of a police officer to collect a shipping container, the AFM’s personal property. The AFM agrees to do this within 3 months of making of this final order. Question 1: Why does the Order refer to a shipping container located at my residential workplace? My ‘Evergreen’ Shipping Container has never been located at 21 Bosworth Rd The respondent may attend 39-41 Lake Road Stawell to collect a Toyota Tundra. The collection of this item is to take place within 24hrs of the making this final order. Question 2: Why was my work vehicle at this location? During these attendances you must not: > approach Maggie Marriott or > communicate with Maggie Marriott unless expressly required to do so by the Court or Tribunal or > commit family violence. Section J: OTHER ORDERS OTH order : The afm may attend 21 Bosworth Rd Bairnsdale in the company of a police officer to collect a shipping container, the AFM's personal property. The afm agrees to do this within 3 months of the making of this final order. The respondent may attend 39-41 Lake Rd Stawell to collect a Toyota Tundra. The collector of this item is to take place within 24 hours of the making of this final order.
