Weaponising the Police and the courts by using lawyers to lie in court. He only had to request the police to arrest and charge me with stalking and breaching an invalid Personal Safety Order. Mandated by magistrates and enforced by Victoria Police, it is a criminal o ff ence for me to carry out my role as Managing Director of the Company I founded in 2000, go to my workplace and accommodation, make WorkCover and Centrelink claims, and communicate with the man I shared my bed and dinner table with. Whilst my 82-year-old ex-husband profits and lives at my workplace, driving around in company vehicles and reports me to the police for theft. From one of over fifteen statements to Police. 24. I tried yet again to report to the police, but the constable aggressively REFUSED to take my statement, telling me there is a note in my file saying that I have tried to report at many police stations. I asked if my ex-partner making a false statement to police...would that be a crime? He said yes, but still would not let me report. Have I got a report to make on Victoria Police/Magistrates Court, failure to follow the Intervention Order Acts, the Bail Act, the Crime Act, failures in administration, failing to investigate, and adhere to the VicPol Code of Conduct into investigating family violence.....Treat each other and every community member with respect and understanding. EXCEPT THAT IS IF POLICE HAVE CHARGED YOU WITH A CRIMINAL OFFENCE on the say-so of a perpetrator.
