FCAN is collecting testimony after testimony where women lose every asset children lose safety and perpetrators walk away rewarded by the very system meant to protect victims. Enough secrecy. Enough blaming mothers. Enough pretending these outcomes are accidental. This is gendered violence. This is structural harm. This is state enforced poverty for women and children.

Return or redress for homes and assets stolen through Family Court misconduct.
