2018 was the first year for this AWESOME Father’s Day event. Dads and kids, particularly those that love off-road adventures, won’t want to miss the Rubicon Jeep Jamboree Challenge. Held in the Grandstands on Sunday, June 16th at 2pm, drivers and their rigs will test their skills in three different races. The Rock Race is a timed event traveling a course designed to simulate the real obstacles one would encounter on the Rubicon Trail; the Trailer Skills Challenge, judged both on speed and the least amount of load loss, brings excitement to the grandstands. There is also a Trailer Challenge

that is not timed, the least amount of load loss takes the prize. And the loads aren’t just little piles of dirt, or an ice chest. The skills of some of these drivers is amazing to behold. There are four classes available: Stock(-ish): a vehicle that has been slightly modified while still retaining the original type of drive terrain and suspension. Suspension upgrades like long arm kids are okay as long as they are same style as OEM;
