HALF INTEREST FEMALE TERMS a) Baldridge Performance Angus retains rights to every other embryo collection on half interest females, with buyer’s turn first. b) Owner of possession receives natural calves and salvage value, and pays for ordinary maintenance costs. c) ET service provider (TransOva, Vytelle, etc) bills charges to each owner for the embryos they receive and associated ET center boarding. d) Each owner is responsible for their own insurance and no owner is liable for death or injury of the animal or embryos. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. SIGHT UNSEEN PURCHASES A satisfaction guaranteed sight unseen purchase plan is available for buyers unable to attend. Contact Jud for details.
