Work Experience
• Significant/extensive experience in a senior maintenance management role within a large organisation. • Experience of Managing multi-discipline engineering and maintenance teams/ services to include building fabric, building services, compliance, and grounds maintenance. • Experience of Managing the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance operations relating to estates assets and infrastructure across a large and complex property portfolio (estate). • Experience of Implementing management systems to ensure compliance with statutory legislation (compliance) relating to estates assets and infrastructure. • Experience of Using CAFM systems to manage, maintain and optimise resources and budgets. • Procurement, mobilisation, and management of multiple service contracts for engineering and maintenance services within a large organisation. • Developing and maintaining revenue (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets for the maintenance of estates assets and infrastructure. • Engaging and working with technical consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • First degree or Ofqual equivalent qualification in construction, building services, or engineering. • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. • PRINCE2 Foundation or APM PFQ. • Member of RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, IWFM or other relevant professional body.
