So let's not leave anything to the imagination and work to create a positive emotional connection for prospective buyers. Think of spaces with broad appeal, such as model homes and 5-star hotels. They are inviting, clean, uncluttered, and stylish. There are no personal items. If you check into a room at the Hilton, do you want to think about who was in the hotel room before you and what they were doing? This is no different. You don’t want buyers to see your toothbrush.
