She oers 1-on-1 in- person training, virtual personal training, remote coaching, individually designed programming, custom nutrition, small group functional tness classes, functional gymnastics workshops, specialty classes, and more. She has more than 20 years of coaching experience and holds multiple coach, trainer, and specialty certications under NASM, CrossFit, OPEX, e Cooper Institute and Movement RX Physical erapy. Her passion is helping to empower others to live strong, healthy, happy lives.
