Rejuvenation, the welcoming of new energy, is a transformative and habitual practice for so many people craving a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit. With the challenging and unpredictable nature of the world we live in today, shi ing our energy inward and toward the present moment is our best chance to navigate through the uncertainty and illuminate our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. In order to create a beautiful life, our thoughts need to be consistent with what we want to create. Negative energy will manifest a mentality of lack and fear, and consequently, attract the reality of this expression. It is in the seeking of spiritual connectedness that ultimately leads us to shi our energy to attract what we want. Some of the greatest spiritual thinkers of our time said it best, “less e ort, more allowing,” meaning, the object of our desire is not something our thinking can manufacture, but instead, a process of surrender to the natural order of things designed by the spiritual universe is how we come into gi s, such as love, money, and success. On the other side of this personal evolution is a life beyond our wildest dreams.
