Moving Onwards with Hypnotherapy

We humans tend to rely on conscious mind thinking for answers and positive change – our logic, reason, analysis, decision making, and willpower. But did you know the conscious mind is only about 12% of our mind power while the subconscious mind, the part that holds deep-rooted thoughts, associations, beliefs, and behaviors is about 88%? Thinking that our conscious mind alone can bring about positive, long-term change is like thinking that waves on the sand are the whole ocean. There’s a world of activity happening beneath and beyond the surface. When that unwanted or unhelpful thought, behavior, or habit repeats itself (your diet or fitness plan fails, you can’t sleep again, anxiety strikes, your mind wanders or races, your emotions run wild, you’re highly reactional or negative, you’re triggered again), you can bet your subconscious mind is making waves again. Hypnotherapy is a natural state that all people experience daily, like when you’re drifting to sleep, captivated by a movie, or deeply relaxed during a massage. In this state of calm comfort, the subconscious mind is accessible, adaptable, and able to absorb the positive messages needed to achieve your desired outcomes. Using gentle, drug-free, relaxing techniques, hypnotherapy allows you to access and transform subconscious limiting thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors into those that are positive, healthy, and helpful. I specialize in hypnotherapy because it works. After years of traditional talk therapy and self-improvement efforts, hypnotherapy finally helped me to make real noticeable change in my life where it mattered most.
