A rmation: I recognize my ability to nd within, the ideal attributes of how I truly desire to live. I recognize, as I identify with these attributes, that body is an expression of mind. All experience is an expression of mind. I nd within myself, how I truly desire to live and who I truly desire to be and I nd myself re ected back through harmonious relationships and ideal circumstances. I am thankful that this is so.
