Partnering with Employers to Help Young People Prepare for Careers New Visions is bridging the opportunity gap for public high school students through our Career Readiness work, empowering students to pursue their career dreams with greater confidence and clarity. In summer 2025, over 600 NYC students engaged in our summer Career Academy, with 95% of them reporting they now feel more prepared for their future.
Together with New Visions we have created a space where students can develop professional skills, explore career paths including those in finance and leave better equipped to thrive in college and beyond. We are proud of how far we have come and excited about where this partnership will continue to grow.
