In 2025, Shant was appointed President of Rate Mortgage, with a vision to make Rate the #1 mortgage company in the country. His focus is on empowering loan officers to scale their businesses, increase success, and make an impact in their communities—all while maintaining a balanced life. However, Shant’s new role won’t stop him from supporting his amazing network of agents—his commitment to delivering a world-class service level remains unchanged.
