Suzanne Koller is a trusted real estate advisor with 25+ years of experience across Concord, Lexington, Bedford, and nearby towns. A Bedford native inspired by her grandfather, a former realtor, she has a soft spot for classic New England architecture, especially pre-1945 homes. Suzanne specializes in marketing, locating, and assessing unique properties, and she approaches each client relationship as a guide, mentor, and advocate - focusing on trust, expertise, and exceeding expectations.
Her background in restaurant management shaped a hospitality-first, detail-driven style that still defines her work and entrepreneurial spirit. Today, Suzanne leads one of Massachusetts’ top teams, ranked #1 in Bedford (2013-2025), #7 in Massachusetts for Medium Teams, and #1 Medium Team at Compass - Boston. The team continues to grow, with active expansion on Cape Cod and in New Hampshire, with additional markets on the horizon. Suzanne is also deeply involved in the community, supporting local schools, charities, and industry groups. She and her husband, Ryan, live in Bedford with their children, June and Wes, and dogs Josie, Scout, and Bowie. They own an old farmhouse and have completed numerous real estate projects, including a historic Bedford Greek Revival that now serves as her team’s headquarters. Outside of work, she enjoys renovating homes, traveling (Montana is a favorite), hiking, boating, and spending time on Cape Cod. She recently started horseback riding to keep pace with her horse-loving daughter, June.
