The Head of Engineering will work in collaboration with all Heads of Department named above as well as liaising and working in collaboration with a variety of other external JLL functions. 22 Bishopsgate is targeting internationally recognised accreditation to demonstrate operational performance. Environmental, Social Governance compliance and success is critical to the building, the Head of Engineering with the Technical Engineering team will play a key part in this delivery. Ensure that the accreditations, once achieved are maintained for the life of the building. Create a strategy that will continually improve performance and efficiency during the life of the building. Developing this management strategy will require the role to build relationships and maintain interfaces with various departments within the management team alongside the Tenants and Investors.
