Her lifelong passion for lymphatic health was inspired by her grandmother’s healing journey through natural living, massage, and dry brushing — practices that shaped Eleni’s own upbringing in holistic health, yoga, and wellness. This foundation continues to influence her work today, whether in osteopathy, lymphatic self-care education, or movement practices. Eleni’s background in Pilates, dance, and ergonomics gives her a strong understanding of how posture, lifestyle, and fluid dynamics impact long-term health.
