House, Inc. Matthew LoBocchiaro , a commercial sales and leas- ing associate, represented the tenant, Our House, Inc. Doug Rowe and Geoffrey Schubert of Lee & Associ- ates, represented the land- lord, Shelbourne Spring, LLC. Amenities include a full service cafeteria, state-of-the-art fitness center, loading docks, on site building management, exterior patio and seating areas, a dedicated generator, and ample parking. New Providence features an affluent residential base, a walkable downtown with res- taurants and shops, parks and recreation. Two NJ Transit stations offer service Hoboken with connections to New York City, and there is easy access to Interstates 78 and 287. Matthew LoBocchiaro joined Kislak in 2024 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in cen- tral New Jersey. He received the company’s Rising Star award in 2025. Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. LoBocchiaro was an intern for another brokerage firm where he conducted com - prehensive market research and created detailed market demographic reports and mar- ket site surveys.
