SCOTT WOLF SCHOLARSHIP
Legacy Of Giving Back To Teammates Lives On Scott Wolf was our vice president of corporate services before his passing in 2012. His legacy of giving back to his teammates and community lives on through the Scott Wolf Memorial Scholarship. In honor of our 50th anniversary last year, our team gave a $50,000 matching donation to the Scott Wolf Memorial Scholarship Program, increasing the amount to $1,000 for each student! Since the scholarship began in 2013, there have been 73 winners representing 13 states. The scholarship helps associates and their dependents further their college education, and the winners are chosen by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Congratulations to this year’s scholarship recipients!

FROM GARY SASSER PG. 1 - We can also control the way we deliver outstanding service with a focus on safety . And we can focus on making the most of our fuel economy – working smarter, not harder. As we continue to do that, it will open the doors for many more opportunities for
us to deliver excellence. We can also continue to refer People Like You . Because we know what it takes to be an Averitt associate, and we know friends and family who would make a great fit for our team. We are who we hire , and referring like-minded people helps us meet the
needs of our customers now, while also helping us build on our unique culture for years to come. All of these things directly affect our Profit Sharing . You’ve done an outstanding job so far this year, and the result has been a record performance. I encourage you to keep
doing the right things and focusing on what we can control. By doing that, we’ll continue to build on our momentum and secure our future together. T m
