INCLUSIVE SERBIA CENTRE - BEAUTY IS IN DIVERSITY The Inclusive Serbia Centre, together with its partners, is ac- tively building a society of equal opportunities. Recognised as an important partner in the promotion of inclusion and sup- port for vulnerable groups, the Centre operates in the fields of education, employment, culture, art, sports and other are- as. Their mission is clear - inclusion and equal opportunities for everyone. The special strength of the Centre is made up of vol- unteers and promoters of different generations and interests, whose energy, commitment and ideas contribute to building an inclusive society. Guided by the vision "Beauty is in diversity", the team of the In- clusive Serbia Centre creates a large inclusive family, of which company Air Serbia is a member as a partner in the promotion of inclusion, especially in the field of travel and air traffic.

UNIFYING FOR FUTURE AIR SERBIA AND THE INCLUSIVE SERBIA CENTRE FORM PARTNERSHIP A ir Serbia and the Inclusive Serbia Centre have signed a Protocol of Cooperation and launched a joint mission to contribute to developing a society of equal opportunities and improving the public’s understanding of the needs of persons living with disabilities, particularly in the areas of travel and air transport. “Air Serbia approaches topics related to corporate social responsibility with great care, especially those concerning accessibility and equality. Cooperation with the Inclusive Serbia Centre allows us to further improve the travel experience for all our passengers, including persons with disabilities. We believe it is the collective duty of all of us to contribute to creating an inclusive society where everyone has equal opportunities to participate. This Protocol marks the beginning of a significant partnership, which will be reflected through concrete activities aimed at raising awareness and knowledge about inclusion,” said Air Serbia CEO Jiri Marek. “The partnership with Air Serbia represents an important step in creating an even better, more supportive and humane society, and an inclusive Serbia. For us, inclusion isn’t just a word – it’s a life that we build through education, communication and cooperation – just as we do with Air Serbia,” said Miroslava Damjanović, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Inclusive Serbia Centre. Air Serbia and the Inclusive Serbia Centre send a strong message with this step: that openness, solidarity and accessibility aren’t just abstract values, but concrete responsibilities in creating a fairer society for all.
