Rest and Recuperation
We all need a little R&R throughout the year, and Rendall & Rittner operates a policy of ensuring all onsite employees receive at least the statutory minimum holiday entitlement.
As a responsible employer we take responsibility in ensuring there are suitable measures in place to allow all employees the opportunity to take leave when requested. It comes down to good communication and organisation, as well as company culture.
Communication: We ensure all staff know their holiday entitlement and the company policy and procedure for booking leave. Having a holiday diary that everyone has access to allows employees to see when colleagues are on leave.
Organisation: We plan for times when not all staff will be in, for example by organising temporary cover for certain roles during the summer holidays.
Company culture: A healthy work-life balance is essential and forms part of the R&R culture. We recognise the health benefits of taking you full holiday entitlement and actively encourage employees to take holiday throughout the year.
