Sparrow on Main is a modern, industrial event venue set in a restored 1920’s historic building in the heart of Old Town Lewisville. A portion of every event booked at Sparrow on Main helps serve and empower the community. We have crafted our wedding packages to help you achieve your dream wedding day with ease. We also want to help answer your questions and have included some of our most frequently asked questions in this guide.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I host both my ceremony and reception at Sparrow on Main? A: Yes, our Complete Package is ideal for couples wanting to host both ceremony and reception at Sparrow on Main. Guests can enjoy a cocktail hour on the Garden Patio while the Main Room is being transitioned. Q: What is required to book Sparrow on Main for my wedding? A: We require a signed contract and 50% of the total event fees. Q: How much is the refundable damage deposit and when can I expect it to be returned? A: The refundable damage deposit for a wedding is $1,000 and will be refunded within 14 business days following the event, assuming there is no damage to the venue or furniture. Q: What else is required for me to book my wedding at Sparrow on Main? A: In addition to rental fees and a refundable damage deposit, we require certificates of insurance from all vendors, day of event insurance, and a day of wedding planner. Please note that we will hire an off duty police officer for security for all weddings.
Q: If I choose the complete package, when will my rehearsal be scheduled? A: You can schedule your 1 hour rehearsal 45 days prior to your wedding. The rehearsal will be scheduled around other events, and may not necessarily be the day before your wedding. Q: Can we get ready at Sparrow on Main? A: Yes, the Huffines Suite is a larger space that is perfectly suited for a bridal party to prep for the wedding day. The Mill Suite is a smaller conference style room that is available for the groom and his men. Q: Do you have a list of preferred vendors to use? A: Yes! We are an open vendor venue, however we have vendors that are familiar with our space that we love to work with! You can request a preferred vendor list by emailing booking@sparrowonmain.com. Q: What is included in the catering kitchen? A: The catering kitchen has a commercial grade refrigerator, warming boxes, sinks, freezer, ice machine, and prep tables. We do not allow cooking inside the venue.

Q: Where do guests park for our wedding? A: Parking at the venue is reserved for vendors, the event host, and one Sparrow on Main staff. Guests may park in any public parking at City Hall or in spaces in Old Town Lewisville. A parking map is available upon request and valet services are listed on our preferred vendor list. Q: Are there decorating restrictions? A: Yes, you may only affix objects to the walls with painters tape or mounting putty. We do allow draping and rigging from the ceiling. but we do not allow the use of glitter, confetti, stickers, or silly string at Sparrow on Main. Rose petals, rice, bird seed and/or sparklers may only be used outside the facility, and must be cleaned up after the event.
Q: What is required for event cleanup?
A: All items brought in for your event must be removed from the space during your rental block. There are no additional cleaning fees and we take care of breaking down all of our furniture and cleaning the facility.

Sparrow on Main is a ministry initiative of Sparrow Collective, a 501-c3 NPO. Sparrow Collective exists to help women understand their identity, gifting, and purpose.

Sparrow Collective runs a program called Sparrow Restore designed for women facing difficult circumstances. 100% of net proceeds from events at Sparrow on Main are given back to the Restore Program.

Sparrow & Co includes our retail store, Design House, and Production Studio, working together to source, style, and produce beautiful spaces. S&Co reinvests 100% of the net proceeds into Sparrow Collective and global initiatives.
