Business Leadership This intensive two-week programme, available at Lancing, combines classroom-based teaching with practical visits to business organisations during specialised mid-week excursions. Bede’s Business Leadership course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and mindset needed to become a future leader in the dynamic world of business. Whether considering a career in finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, or management, this programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge in a fun, engaging, and collaborative environment. Bede’s students will not only develop core business knowledge but also acquire crucial ‘soft skills’ that are vital for success. Throughout the course, students will learn to communicate effectively, solve problems, and negotiate confidently. Through collaborative projects, students will enhance their teamwork abilities and learn how to motivate and inspire others. This comprehensive approach ensures students are not just learning theory but actively building the practical skills needed to lead with confidence and make a real impact. PROGRAMME Available in Lancing, the course includes 20 hours of classroom tuition each week, a fully guided visit to an organisation to gain an insight into the day-to-day reality of running a business and the opportunity to meet a guest speaker from the corporate world. All sessions are delivered in English with a focus on broadening Business English vocabulary and technical language for course content.
