COURSE AIM This course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the Communications Application functionality that is available within the Charter solution. Using hands-on examples, exercises and other activities, the course aims to equip system users with the necessary skills and knowledge required to operate the Comms module. AUDIENCE The course is suitable for Comms users who will be involved with the implementation and ongoing maintenance activities of Charter within their force. DELEGATE PREREQUISITES It is assumed that delegates are proficient in the use of Windows PCs and all related relevant business processes within the force. COURSE FORMAT This hands-on instructor led course will provide delegates with the practical experience of the Comms capabilities through the use of interactive demonstrations and practical exercises.
