COURSE AIM This course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the Technical Surveillance Unit functionality that is available within the Charter solution. Using hands-on examples, exercises and other activities, the course aims to equip system users with the necessary skills and knowledge required to operate the TSU module. AUDIENCE The course is suitable for users for TSU users who will be involved with the implementation and ongoing maintenance activities of Charter within their force. DELEGATE PREREQUISITES It is assumed that delegates are proficient in the use of Windows PCs and all related and relevant business processes within the force. COURSE FORMAT This hands-on instructor led course will provide delegates with the practical experience of the Charter TSU capabilities through the use of interactive demonstrations and practical exercises.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES During the course delegates will learn how to:

• Create, update and complete Tasking Actions • Create TSU Request (F5425) Applications • Schedule reminders for Tasking Actions • Create, update and remove Equipment and Equipment Kits • Schedule reminders for Equipment Actions • Check equipment into a Store • Check equipment out to a Store • Create and update Suppliers • Update TS reference data items to populate picklists • Find Taskings and equipment using the search
