COURSE AIM This course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the Under Cover (UC) functionality that is available within the Charter solution. Using hands-on examples, exercises and other activities, the course aims to equip system users with the necessary skills and knowledge required to operate the Under Cover module. AUDIENCE The course is suitable for UC users who will be involved with the implementation and ongoing maintenance activities of Charter within their force. DELEGATE PREREQUISITES It is assumed that delegates are proficient in the use of Windows PCs and all related and relevant business processes within the force. COURSE FORMAT This hands-on instructor led course will provide delegates with the practical experience of the Under Cover capabilities through the use of interactive demonstrations and practical exercises.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES During the course delegates will learn how to:

• Log in and out of the product and navigate the menus and submenus • Create and use operations within the systems • Create a UC Applications and understand the approval process • Progress an Application through to Authority • Review, Renew and Cancel an Authority • Add UC Logs and Attachments • Create a Tasked Witness Application
