COURSE AIM This course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the

LEARNING OBJECTIVES During the course delegates will learn how to:

administration functionality that is available within the Charter solution. Using hands-on examples, exercises and other activities, the course aims to equip system administrators with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out configuration activities within the solution. AUDIENCE The course is suitable for system administrators who will be involved with the implementation and ongoing maintenance activities of Charter within their force. DELEGATE PREREQUISITES It is assumed that delegates are proficient in the use of Windows PCs and all related and relevant business processes within the force. COURSE FORMAT This hands-on instructor led course will provide delegates with the practical experience of Charter Administration capabilities through the use of interactive demonstrations and practical exercises.

• Log in and out of the product and navigate the menus and submenus • Understand how to create new users and manage existing users accounts (e.g. changing passwords, locking users, dormant users) • Define access rights, workflow recipients and create workgroups • Define, identify and configure reference data • Import, export and edit Question Sets, defining guidance notes and Access Levels • Create and edit templates, working with Merge Fields and how to Export/Import templates • How to work with Reference Tables, including Help Text and System Settings
