COURSE AIM This course aims to provide delegates with an overview of the RPM functionality and workflow processes that are available within the Charter solution. Using hands-on examples, exercises and other activities, the course aims to equip system users with the necessary skills and knowledge required to operate the RPM module. AUDIENCE The course is suitable for users and trainers of the Charter RPM module within the force. DELEGATE PREREQUISITES It is assumed that delegates are proficient in the use of Windows PCs and all related and relevant business processes within the force. COURSE FORMAT This hands-on instructor led course will provide delegates with the practical experience of the Charter RPM capabilities through the use of interactive demonstrations and practical exercises.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES During the course delegates will learn how to:

• Log in and out of the product and navigate the menus and submenus • Configure an Operation and set RPM dates • Manually weed an Operation • Manually weed Covert Applications TSU Taskings and Source Applications • Search for and view metadata Stubs • Update Terminology, Reference Data, Profile Settings and System Settings • Update Templates in order to display metadata • Export data prior to weeding • Use Search and Audit Trail to locate RPM information
