They were es- sentially flat (-0.1 percent) when compared to the same 11 months of 2020. The operating rate was 85.1 percent, up 1.5 points from November 2020 and up 2.5 points year- to-date. And mill inventories at the end of November in- creased 5,000 short tons from the previous month and were up 10,000 short tons compared to November 2020.
