Water Treatment
A water treatment system next to the Fucha River can provide clean, safe water for residential use by filtering and purifying river water . This system improves clean water accessibility for every day use and farming purpose. It helps manage and improve the river water conditions while supporting a resilient urban water supply.

Having a waste management system can help organize all the solid waste and reduce inappropriate waste disposal . This can minimize environment pollution including water pollution, soil pollution, and air pollution for long-term economic and ecological benefits.
Currently, the site suffers from severe industrial pollution, illegal waste dumping, and canalization that has stripped the river of its natural self-cleaning abilities. Additionally, the surrounding high-density residential neighborhood lacks essential public services and quality living spaces .
