3.01 Typical Residential Floor Plans

3.01 Perspective VIew of Residential Tower and Landscape The work combined environmental analysis and social research to address two core values how restoring urban waterways improve ecological health and how the interventions foster “happiness” and well-being in marginalized communities. Drawing from global precedents and local practices, the project examined how home gardens, community allotments, and green infrastructure maintenance not only enhance food security but also support a low-carbon, green economy .

The residential tower contain several district zones and multiples public commons including recreational areas, micro-farming and macro-farming. One tower is an self-sufficient city with all the technological and ecoligical facilities integrated for the residents. The project envisioned a multi-scalar intervention linking river remediation with community-led agriculture and public realm improvements , creating a self-sustaining ecosystems for urban cities facing similar environmental and social challenges.
