Lancement d’une websérie unique à l’ÉSCE

EMBRUN l Que du talent à l’École sec- ondaire catholique Embrun (ESCE)! Les élèves de la 11 e année l’ont une fois de plus prouvé au grand public lors de la pre- mière de leur websérie, présentée jeudi soir dernier à l’ESCE. Du style de l’émission Caméra café , la websérie promet du rire. Beaucoup de fous rires. Et ce sont tous les élèves et anciens étudiants qui se reconnaissent dans chacun des personnages puisque les petites cap-

En plus de développer une expertise peu commune pour des jeunes du secondaire, les élèves ont développé une collabora- tion exceptionnelle et ont renforcé leur sentiment d’appartenance en travaillant ensemble. «Nous serions la seule école au Canada qui s’est lancée dans cette grande aventure, a confié le principal instigateur du projet, Jean-François Dion, enseignant et animateur culturel. Ce dernier, extrêmement motivé, a toujours cru en ce projet et a su s’entourer de valeurs sûres. La websérie pourra être vue par les inter- nautes sur le site de l’ESCE. Elle a été réali- sée grâce à un partenariat avec la Maison des Arts et le Club Richelieu.

Issues that should be addressed include: protection and enhancement of pensions, incentives to encourage age-friendly communities, social housing/affordable housing, provision of and support for caregiving for seniors, independent living/ support to stay in own homes, funding/care levels/supervision in resident homes. QUALITY HEALTHCARE/AGING WITH DIGNITY 350&30TVQQPSUTBQVCMJDIFBMUIDBSFTZTUFNUIBUQSPWJEFTDPNQSFIFOTJWFTFS - WJDFTGPSTFOJPST Our members share the view of most Ontarians that the province’s highest priority must continue to be the availability and delivery of quality health care. We believe the provincial government must commit to providing adequately funded programs and services, as well as tax rebates that allow and encourage seniors to age with dignity.

RTO/ERO supports the Ontario Teachers’ Federation and its affiliates and their mem- bers in activities that will enhance the qual- ity of teaching and learning for teachers and students. We remember and respect those still teach- ing and working in the schools, colleges and universities in Ontario.
