A S H I N G T O N , DC — Combined Properties, In- corporated announced that construction has commenced at South Alex, a $135 million, 502,000 s/f mixed-use develop- ment located in Alexandria. Bridge, who has worked for the company since 2016, formerly functioned as property manager. In her new role, Bridge will seek out prospective tenants for the company’s portfolio of com- mercial office buildings, retail centers and warehouse projects totaling four million square of space throughout the Maryland region.
