A S H I N G T O N , DC — Combined Properties, In- corporated announced that construction has commenced at South Alex, a $135 million, 502,000 s/f mixed-use develop- ment located in Alexandria. Bridge, who has worked for the company since 2016, formerly functioned as property manager.
