[ Promotion form & conditions ]
[1] Promotion form For all communications, a fully completed promotion form needs to be submitted via inkoop@hollandpharma.nl. This applies to both communications with and without promotion mention. This way we can make sure we have the correct stock and promotion processing.
All promotions mentioned in the communications must go through Holland Pharma.
You can ask for the promotion form via inkoop@hollandpharma.nl, or you can click here to download it.
[2] Communication placement conditions - On all communications, our General Sales and Delivery conditions are applied.
- All promotions mentioned in the communications must go through Holland Pharma. Promotions will only be included if it had been communicated with a fully completed Holland Pharma promotion form. You can ask the promotion form to your contact person.
- Communications referring to your own sales department of webshop will not be accepted.
- All texts and advertisements must fulfil the current legislation. Any claims resulting from communications will be settled directly with the advertiser.
- Holland Pharma reserves the right to refuse at any time communications.
- Adjustments of communications are based on subsequent costing of € 75 per hour.
- In case of late delivery of the material, the reservation will be cancelled. Nevertheless, the agreed costs will be charged.
- Invoicing of communications takes place after placement or sending.
- Invoicing of the Holland Pharma Information Fair takes place prior to the event.
- All mentioned costs are exclusive VAT.
