• Be able to demonstrate an approach to customer service which goes further than industry norms in order to help create a sense of “place” rather than just an office or retail location. • An appreciation that the Facilities Management aspect of property management lifecycle is the most important from a customer standpoint. • Be able to drive outstanding customer experience through a variety of onsite teams and reacting in a pro-active and positive manner to any customer issues.
• Experience and track record of managing outsourced facilities management contracts maximising SLA’s and KPI’s. • Experience of managing contractors to align with the wider vision for the building/asset. Promoting the standards and value expected of Montagu Evans property Management. • Can evidence managing underperforming contractor to achieve better results through regular formal and informal dialogue.
• Encapsulates a vision for the “Future of Property Management” in the context of the wider Real Estate industry. Has a passion/interest in one of the following: ESG, Technological advancements in Property Management, or a passion for improvement/change within the industry,

• Demonstrates
ability to inspire, motivate and drive individuals to achieve their personal targets, team goals and company strategic objectives.
• Experience and proven ability to resolve immediate problems and make recommendations for longer term changes to the structure and operation of a front facing FM department delivering ‘best in class’ services within a similar customer led organisation
• Demonstrable track record of being responsible for a broad range of operational FM services, delivering policies and standards across multiple sites, creating a culture of service excellence. • Relevant facilities management degree and professional membership. Health and safety Qualification i.e. NEBOSH.
