Q: Could you introduce yourself to our readers and speak a little about your current role? Lorenzo: I’m a partner with BDO Italy’s Business Services and Outsourcing practice. I have been working in payroll outsourcing for over 20 years, for different organisations and in different roles, most recently as a head of operations for payroll outsourcing for a large services firm.
