Howdy Breeders! Lyssy Beefmasters personally invites you to our Heart of the Herd Production Sale on Satur- day, October 3, 2026 at the Luling Foundation in Luling, TX at 523 S. Mulberry. Lyssy Beefmasters is a 4th generation program that began in 1972. We are celebrating over 50 years in the Beefmaster breed! Our operation is completely family owned and managed, and we base our program on multi-trait selection. We participate in Whole Herd Reporting and car - cass ultrasounds on all our yearling heifers and bulls, as well as DNA verifying every calf in our program. These tools allow us to combine effective EPDs with predictability and phenotype. We value the concept that efficient programs carry three competitive traits: predictability, per - formance, and phenotype. These traits allow us to deliver to the demands of both registered and commercial cattlemen. We are excited to share that vision with our fellow breeders and we hope you can take home a piece of our herd to help build and add value to your program. We think the offering in this sale is as deep and strong as we have put together yet. We have offerings from our herd, Cannon Cattle, and B&T Genetics. This line up has donor prospects throughout the sale! You will see progeny out of some of our best donors and all our current herd sires. Be sure to check out the embryo matings and semen lots as well. All animals are DNA verified and have genomic enhanced EPDs, and complete carcass data. Buy with confi - dence! “HARDWORKING CATTLE ARE EASY TO STAND BEHIND.” We welcome you to come join us on Friday, October 4th, as the cattle will be available for viewing. We will offer a dinner on Friday evening for those breeders that want to come share in fellowship while checking out the sale offering. Cattle will also be available for viewing on Saturday morning prior to the sale. Sale will start promptly at 10:30 AM. We will also have in - ternet bidding through DV Auctions for those that cannot attend in person.
