Deep-dive into the High Prairie culture and discover what makes our team special. Learn general safety, processes, and begin shadowing your mentor. You’ve begun to work independently, with coaching and are starting to practice the quality and pace needed to thrive. You’ll re-enforce your learning through action. Month 2: Accountability + Growth You’re focusing on mastering the basics with safety, quality, and speed. You’ll help define your growth plan and next steps. Month 3: Integration + Development
