Becky Toth Director, ZIPD

Welcome from the ZIPD Director Hello ZIPD participants,

I am thrilled to welcome you to the 15th Anniversary of the ZIPD Conference! It has been both a joy and an honor to help plan this year’s conference, and a privilege to continue the legacy built by the dedicated ZIPD Directors who came before me. This conference plays a vital role in the career development of our students. We are deeply grateful for the time, expertise, and energy you bring to this event. Here, students learn, they connect, and they grow. The opportunities that emerge are truly limitless—and that is thanks to you. I also want to extend heartfelt gratitude to Terry and JoAnn Zeigler. Their vision and unwavering support have shaped the ZIPD program and this conference into what I can only describe as “Excellence.” Our students are inspired to gain the Zeigler Edge, and I see its impact every single day. Employers notice it too—often remarking on the difference they see when ZIPD students interview, network, and step confidently into professional settings.

ZIPD is a true difference-maker for student success, and together, we celebrate its lasting influence today.

Thank you for being here, and welcome to this special anniversary celebration!
