Great Place to Work®. People are at the heart of everything we do, and that includes our exceptional colleagues. Our passion for people is why, in 2023-24 we were named a Great Place to Work®, a Best Workplace for Women 2023, and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2024. In 2023, Consensus carried out its biggest and best survey to date with Great Place to Work®, gathering feedback from colleagues across the organisation. We wanted to know what they loved, so we could do more of it. And we wanted to find out where we maybe weren’t excelling as much as we’d like to, in order to drive improvements.

Best Workplace for Women. In 2023/24, 73% of our workforce and 88% of our senior leadership team were women. So being named one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women was a huge honour, knowing so many of our colleagues feel valued and respected. 91% of colleagues agree people are treated fairly regardless of their gender – with feedback showing that our colleagues feel supported to succeed and thrive in their roles.
