Respect for nature
At Marmite, we shape a better future, operating with care for the natural environment in mind. For years, we have been involved in sustainable development that has been included in the company’s long-term plans. We operate in a responsible way, following the rules of eco-design. We ensure that the consumption of raw materials is limited, make efforts to decrease waste, apply recovery technology and continuously enhance the technological base, choosing innovative production solutions. Our production process is environmentally friendly: we consume minimum water or electricity, and our CO 2 emission is zero. In the production process, we use mainly ecological materials - 75% of them come from natural or renewable sources. We also use recycled materials and components. Nearly 10% of the resin we use is recycled. By using natural raw materials, we create products that are resistant to damage, durable and recyclable.
