Lazaro Martinez is the President and Owner/Broker of Marbay Real Estate Inc., with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property sales and management. A founding member of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, he has been a strong advocate for Hispanic entrepreneurs and community growth. Beyond business, Lazaro has served on several city boards, contributing to initiatives in economic development, transportation, and neighborhood revitalization. He is also a devoted husband and father of two daughters.
Felipe F. Basulto is the Market President – Retail in South Florida for TD Bank, overseeing 96 locations from the Treasure Coast to Miami-Dade and the Southwest Gulf Coast. Since joining TD in 2010, he has played a key role in expanding the bank ’ s retail network and driving customer satisfaction, small business growth, and community engagement. Deeply involved in the community, Felipe serves on the boards of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, City Year Miami, OIC of South Florida, and His House, among others. He is also a Trustee and Campaign Co-Chair for United Way of Miami-Dade and sits on FIU ’ s President ’ s Council. Recognized for his leadership, he was inducted into the Miami Dade College Hall of Fame and studied Business Management at Loyola University in New Orleans.

Ramon “Ray” Coto is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the University of Miami Health System (UHealth) and the Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, where he oversees financial strategy, planning, and operations. He has held senior finance roles at leading institutions including Nicklaus Children ’ s Health System, Molina Healthcare of Florida, Baptist Health South Florida, and United Healthcare of Florida. Ray began his career at Deloitte & Touche, specializing in the health sciences sector. With over 15 years of experience in managed care and value-based healthcare, she partners with leading providers to deliver comprehensive solutions nationwide. Previously, Sandra served as National Vice President of Member Engagement at Cano Health, where she led growth strategies across seven states. She has also held leadership roles at IMC Health, Iora Health, and Pasteur Medical, where she oversaw operations, patient engagement, and compliance. Recognized for her expertise in strategic growth and patient-centered care, Sandra is a trusted leader in healthcare.
