IoT Support Pro-active Remote Support Service

AMADA IoT Support (Internet of Things) is a practical, pro-active remote support service that is available as part of the V-factory product. IoT Support works by analysing alarm data collected by the V-factory to generate automated cases within our Service Hotline and enabling our AMADA engineers to remotely access and diagnose problems with our customers’ machines.

• Remote Diagnosis – AMADA engineers can remotely access our customers’ machines to quickly identify faults and determine the best course of action in order to resolve their queries • Easy Online Interface – IoT Support is available from a user- friendly web-based interface, where our customer can manage service cases and find useful information about proactive machine maintenance • LiveAlarmMonitoring – IoT Support automatically detects serious alarms on AMADAmachines and creates support cases on behalf of our customers. This enables us to provide our customers with a pro-active, rather than reactive approach to the machine fault diagnosis
