Here’s a moving checklist to help you navigate the process more smoothly. 8 Weeks Before Moving Research Moving Companies: Get quotes from at least three movers. Check reviews and references. Declutter: Sort through belongings and decides what to keep, donate, sell or toss. Organize Utilities: Schedule disconnection at your current home.
