Revenue Strategy

 Pursue ‘revenue intentionality’ by aligning revenue model to GGA purpose to create a correlated relationship (See page 21 of Adaptive Business Modeling for PSO’s ) between performance and growth. Here are a few guiding principles of a revenue model right for GGA’s purpose and strategy.  The funding synergy to transform communities requires broad participation and insights from ALL funders. This suggests we make barriers to entry (joining) low or nonexistent. This can be accomplished either through no -fee participation (current model), scholarships provided by funders to cover other funders, or scale up pricing (early entry is free or subsidized with step-up to full pricing. This is similar to ‘freemium’ models in the for-profit / startup world.  The total alliance needs the engagement and data from all funders. The broader the reach of funder engagement, the better the synergies and transformation opportunities.  Democratize giving by providing a way for ALL funders to give.
