Mack-Cali was rep- resented in-house by Diane Chayes , senior vice president of leasing. •PBFHolding Company, LLC extended its lease of 52,694 s/f at One Sylvan Way in Parsip- pany. The 150,557 s/f building, located in Mack-Cali Business Campus, is 97.7% leased. The tenant was represented by Jef- frey Heller of Avison Young .
