Tom McDer- mott, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Commercial Partners, Inc. represented the sellers, Eight Hundred Two New Holland Ave., LLC. David Boyles of Medical Real Estate, Inc. represented the buyers, Com- munity Healthcare Trust, a newly formed and publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust. NAI Commercial Partners announced the sale of a 16,838 s/f building located at 1530 Commerce Dr. in Lancaster for a price of $1.5 million. McDer- mott represented the sellers, TDB Land Associates, LP. n Mangam’s two recent trans- actions account for $1.9MM.
