Be Careful Before Having ‘Just 1 Drink’
elevate your blood alcohol concentration (BAC), but not all drinks are created equally. A shot of tequila, for example, will have a greater impact on your BAC than a glass of light beer. Let’s say you opt to take the Breathalyzer test. Even if you blow below the legal limit of 0.08%, the officer may determine you are driving impaired (maybe you registered a 0.03%).
