The Children’s Village
• The Children’s Village offers a range of exciting workshops for families and children as part of the Al Dhafra Dates Festival in its fifth edition. Children can participate daily from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, learning a variety of traditional crafts and contemporary arts in ways that cultivate creativity while preserving heritage. • The Children’s Village at the festival aims to engage with members of the community from all age groups and backgrounds across the Al Dhafra region, especially festival visitors, encouraging them to become part of the UAE’s artistic and cultural movement. The workshops highlight emerging talents, help develop and refine their skills, and bridge contemporary and modern arts with heritage elements, including traditional crafts and artworks that reflect aspects of the nation’s identity.
