Membership covers all out-of-pocket costs if you (or someone in your household) should have an air ambulance flight with EagleMed or another of our providers. ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD COVERED Membership covers all people living in the household. It is important to make sure all members of the household are written onto the membership application. This would include anyone who uses your address as his/her permanent address (under-graduate students in college).
